Low Tuition Philosophy

We have the philosophy that a quality, spiritual, and religious education for service to the Lord And his messenger should not leave that individual with an oppressive financial debt. This is another reason why we have not sought the very costly regional accreditation leading to qualification for government-guaranteed student loans and other government programs. Institutions using such loans generally charge the maximum tuition allowable, leaving the student with a sizeable debt after their education. For those called to the ministry, it can be very difficult to obey God's calling with this type of debt lingering over their finances.

Therefore, we selected a less-costly policy to remain independent from government oversight because of the separation of religion and the state. Our approach is to provide the most affordable, quality, spiritual, and religious education that we can as a ministry to the Lord and to His servants.

Withdrawals

If you decide to withdraw from your study of program at STU and you have paid annual or quarterly fee then your tuition fee will be returned to you after deducting the tuition fee for the months you have studied plus 200$ for enrollment and administrative fee.

Refunds of tuition fees may be given for a valid reason, at our discretion, if the student withdraws within fourteen days of enrollment. The amount of the refunds will be based on the percentage table and timeframes below

Withdrawal within 7 days of enrollment:

100% fee return minus the $ 200 student enrollment Processing Fee (The $200.00 fee is currently waived for new enrollments. However, the waiver does not apply to withdrawals, and the fee will be charged at the time of termination)

Withdrawals within the 8th to 14th day of enrollment:

50% fee refund minus the $200.00 Student Enrollment Processing Fee Withdrawals after the 14th to 30th day of the first month of the enrollment = 0% fee refund

Withdrawal/Refund Procedures:

Requests for withdrawals and refunds must be in writing, submitted by the University's official email and is credited based on the Date of the month as above mentioned plus the number of months you have been studied. The withdrawal requests should include the reason for the withdrawal if you should consider re-enrollment at a later time.

Withdrawal from the PayPal Auto-Debit Subscription:

Withdrawal or cancellation of the PayPal auto-debit subscription requires the student to contact PayPal since the auto-debit subscription is a private arrangement between the student and PayPal and STU has no authority regarding the student's private PayPal auto-debit subscription.

Re-Enrollments after withdrawal:

In cases where the withdrawal of the student is considered to be for acceptable reasons (this is solely at the discretion and approval of the university), students may re-register and begin where they left off with their studies, with prior or amended payment arrangements, and a $200.00 re-enrollment registration fee (the current waiver will not apply). Any funds paid by a student, that has been approved for re-enrollment, which were not refunded because the initial withdrawal was not accomplished within the established time frame, will be credited to the student's degree program's account.

Special Circumstances:

In case of death or involuntary call to military duty, STU will return 100% of amounts received.
